That's right, after a length hiatus from the big and small screen (the first X-Files Movie was released in 1998, and the X-Files series ended in 2002) Agents Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) and Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson) are reunited for this stand-alone, non-alien related flick - so don't worry if you weren't a fan of the series or if you stopped watching before they got into that whole "cloned people baby drama" storyline - you won't need to know any of that.

This time our two agents join two new agents - Amanda Peat and Xibit to follow the prophetic visions of a mad preacher (Billy Connolly) - but will this case finally lead Mulder to the truths he's been seeking?

Whatever happens, you can rest assured that the fates of Scully and Mulder are intertwined again!
