The Perana Z-One is a cross between Corvette and Zagato
I think we all know what happens when you stick a Corvette engine in any vehicle, it automatically becomes bad ass. In the case of the Perana Z-One you not only have a powerful 6.2L LS3 V8 Corvette engine pushing out at least 440 hp and a 0-60 in under 4 seconds, but a Zagato body.
You may not know Zagato by name but they've been designing light weight body's for cars since 1919. If you ask me, they've seriously outdone themselves this time. The Z-One is gorgeous and though I'd usually say this about women, has all the right curves.
Each Perana Z-One is hand built in Italy by Zagato and is then shipped in pieces to South Africa. This is where the car itself is manufactured by a fairly new South African company.
As it stands now the car is estimated at $115,400 but there is no real price tag. Only 999 examples are likely to be mad but considering other cars featured on Beer.com, that's a fair amount.
