Only club left from the early 80's that is sadly on the decline. Once THE premier place to be seen at in Hawaii, is now facing a mish mash of sorts. For over 20 years it had been the showcase of the "sunken dance floor" and genres from the 60's to 80's. Musical duties by 93.1 FM the Beat often brought the house down spinning tunes mostly from the 80's. Then came along new radio station ownership lead by J. Cruz and the decline began. Now another radio station, KUMU had taken the reigns and is definitely not the same. More of a techno sound with barely any R&B, you're left wondering what all the hoopla was about from the get-go? Great place to stop by first....then move on...
