Appearance:
Bright, clear pale gold in color. Pours a huge pillowy white foam head. A healthy level of carbonation aids in the beers amazing head and its retention.
Smell:
Musty, grainy with a floral aroma.
Taste:
Smooth, creamy, medium-bodied with an even rich & malty mouth feel. Sweetness is moderate, a bit sugary. Raw grain follows with a slighty dry crispness. Hops are quite zesty with a refreshing limey bite, salt, metallic and spice flavors. A tight carbonation lifts this to the next level on the pallette. Alcohol (fusels) can be detected. Finishes grain dry with residual sweetness, floral and alcohol aftertastes.
Notes:
A very good export lager. Potent with many malt liquor qualities. 5.7 percent abv.
