Appearance:
Slightly veiled lemon-gold coloured liquid. Thick white foamy head of a mainly small sized bead.

Smell:
In the nose, wisps of fresh mountain Elderberry flowers glide easily over crisp malt.

Taste:
Light body. Mouth feel is of fresh grains and malt intermingled. Flowery, fruity with some malt dryness, then floral hops slide into the picture. Medium finish has malt and hops in a gliding two-step over the palate.
