Appearance:

Bright yellow gold coloured lager bearing greenish streaks. Thick creamy collar of foam. Good, mostly small beaded, carbonation hangs in for the duration.

Smell:

Wet grains aromas stride forward, with following malt, and touch of acidity and citric sharpness.

Taste:

Light body. Prickly lemon notes on the palate. Perceived hop bitterness low. Quick malt-induced finish has some malt sweetness, a fleeting touch of crispness, an ongoing lemon and citric element, with a light graininess lurking below.

Notes:

Light, easily approached beer. Lemon wedge seemingly already in the bottle. Brewery claims this is a premium Mexican style beer.
