Appearance:
Pale straw colored lager. Dense mound of snow white foam. Mostly small bubbles. Quite heavily carbonated throughout.
Smell:
Fresh malt and grain aromatics, with wet hay sliding out from beneath.
Taste:
Body is light. Sweetish malt presses firmly on the palate, releasing a soft hop bitterness and a reserved background dryness. Middle sees more of the same. A crisp finish delivers a gentle hop bitterness in the ascendancy, alongside malt in a good supporting role, and then some late dryness pops out.
Notes:
No preservatives. A summer gulper with just enough of the hop to make it refreshing.
